LuMind in conjunction with the
Down Syndrome Program at Massachusetts General Hospital have now released a program where you can fill out a rather extensive survey on your loved one's current health and screenings and you will receive a personalized set of guidelines to share with their local primary care practitioner to make sure that all issues relted to Down Syndrome are being identified.
This is a tool for families/caregivers to use along with the individual's doctor to provide care in areas where the doctor may not have experience or knowledge but should be explored.
