Although people with Down syndrome can be excellent employees, research and experience have demonstrated that inadequate social skills are one of the main reasons that people with Down syndrome lose their jobs. In our new Social Skills for the Workplace group, individuals with Down syndrome will learn about socially appropriate behavior in the workplace.
